154pounds: I’m 5’8.
I saw this thing called the 100 Work Out on Tumblr. (http://29.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lmi1iu67yT1qksslgo1_500.jpg)
I began doing it on 3rd June. It’s now 10 days later and having done the work out 7 out of 10 days, I’m noticing results. Particularly on my abs.
I haven’t actually lost any weight doing this (mostly because i feasted like a beast all week), but I am visibly more toned.
